Can I tour land without an agent?
Most ranches are private and gated, so showings are arranged with a broker who can provide access and parcel boundaries.
Do you help buyers from out of state?
Yes. Many of our buyers live in Texas, Oklahoma and the Front Range; we send maps, drone photos and utility notes before you travel.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Trinidad, Colorado, and meet buyers at the property. Call or text Peter at 719-680-1939 to set up a showing.
Do you list land for sellers too?
Yes. If you own land in Las Animas or Huerfano County, call to discuss a listing and recent comparable sales.
